This brand was created during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown when all I had at home were resistance bands, a jump rope, and limited equipment. I have designed and created fitness accessories used to build, tone, and sculpt whether at home, the gym, or while traveling.

During my fitness journey, I learned that establishing that mind to muscle connection was critical in staying focused on my goals, growth, and pushing me past my limits! It's the burn that becomes your new addiction.
